Job Description

Role
This is a dual role as Ad Operations and Technical manager so offers a great opportunity for anyone with an ad ops background and a coding ability. You will work and be upskilled in a number of dsp's, trafficking tools, dmp's and coding software.

Responsibilities
- Adserving operations and strategies
- Troubleshooting and creative management
- Tag Management Systems
- Behaviour targeting and audience segmentation
- Vendor audits and client consultancy
- Affiliate marketing tagging
- Conversion pixel formation
- Technical campaign optimisation and reporting

What we’re looking for
- Strong Ad Ops experience
- An aptitude and liking of technology and media
- Good knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript or PHP.
- Digital media technology experience
- Qualification in an IT, Technology or Marketing related subject (not compulsory)
- Strong problem-solver who is always keen to find “a better way”
- A self-starter with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and able to deliver projects effectively and efficiently
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage expectations
- Thorough and investigative with the ability to identify ‘sales speak’ vs real benefits of a technology
- Able to develop relationships and motivate suppliers and internal team members
- Strong collaborative nature
- Desire to learn and be part of a dynamic growing team
