Job Description

Leading Digital Media Agency seeking an Ad Operations Manager EMEA who will be responsible for on-boarding new digital clients across local and international markets, identifying and proposing appropriate Ad-tech tools across existing and new EMEA client’s.

Within this role you will work very closely with some of the biggest brands across the Pharmaceutical, Web/IOT, Entertainment, FMCG and Supply chain management space and more.

You will not be expected to do the trafficking but rather oversee and provide a tailored service per client that measure their digital strategy across EMEA markets. You will also work with muliple business units and source local technology providers that deliver on data and strategy commitments. 

  • Work with EMEA markets to understand regional and local client requirements as per the clients digital measurement strategy
  • Implement ad-tech recommendations
  • Manage work-flow between all stakeholders
  • Run regular training sessions on best Ad Ops practices and processes
  • Create cutting edge solutions
  • Implement new processes and products as discussed with senior Directors
  • Oversee Ad Ops and Digital strategy 
  • Provide a consultancy support to existing and new EMEA clients 
  • Articulate AdOps processes in a way that clients’ needs are met
  • Identify and adopt ad-tech tools as well manage the data governance process 
  • Be responsible for the QA and adoption of measurement taxonomy across digital channels

  • EMEA experience 
  • Sourcing local technology providers
  • Knowledge of Ad serving technology vendors (DCM, Flashtalking, Sizmek) 
  • Knowledge of verification partners like Integral Ad Sciences and MOAT
