Job Description

Find your place to shine in this boutique pr & communications agency. Would you love to work for a dynamic London-based agency that specializes within the retail and property sector. Your role will provide the team much need support expertise to the directors and office.
A vibrant personality required to carry out the following duties (but not limited to) :-
  • support directors and carry out diary management
  • Manage general day-to-day office duties
  • Manage stationery, general office supplies & subscriptions
  • Answer the phone / entry phone
  • Meet and greet visitors, provide refreshments etc.
  • Manage the meeting rooms
  • Prepare agendas / write up minutes for team meetings.
  • Support a team of 9, within pr projects  :
    • Research support
    • Mounting press coverage / Adding coverage to the iPad
    • Ordering supplies for events
    • Booking training / travel / events
    • Diary / meeting coordinating for the team
    • Photo captioning / filing (from photoshoots)
    • Printing and binding documents
  • General filing
  • Log Petty Cash
  • Log team holidays
  • Process team expenses
Required Skills

Minimum 1 year experience
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Adobe InDesign (desirable, but not essential)
Familiar with Apple Mac
Initiative
Basic research skills
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Well presented
Fluent English, spoken and written
