Media Insights and Research Account Director
London
Global Media Agency

We are looking for a leader with experience working in research or media planning and buying that can be the main point of contact for one of our key accounts, Audience insights. The role will involve translating and evolving research insights into a thoughtful and strategic point of view across all brands globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To be the point of contact for Comms planners, providing them with an Audience understanding and advising them on consumer insights.
  • Gain a good understanding of the business and client challenges
  • Liaise with local markets and collaborate on projects
  • Support Audiences integration across agencies and suppliers
  • Point of contact with research clients
  • Strategic thinking on how best to utilise insights outside of day-to-day work
Key skills and experience:
  • Working in a Global research or media planning and buying agency
  • Building Global client relationships
  • Working with insights tools including surveys, TGI, Choices and Euromonitor
  • Comfortable with reading and understanding large data sets
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
  • Managing global consumer insight and strategic projects from beginning to end
  • Being able to tell a story using data
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to think creatively and have a point of view
  • A self-starter that takes initiative
