Job Description

Audio Visual Partner Development Consultant  - My client is a worldwide audio-visual integrator with extensive experience in designing, project managing, engineering and supporting AV systems into both the corporate and leisure av market place. They lead with state-of-the-art solutions that meet the challenges of the professional AV market they now have an exciting opportunity for a new Partner Development Consultant to continue the company’s growth and success. The position will see you being responsible within the Corporate Solutions team, for management of the company’s key channel accounts and development of business within new and existing accounts. You will be the primary owner of the relationship within the company’s key channel accounts, liaising with other company specialists working within the account to maintain and retain business in both volume and quality. In addition, you will be responsible for growing the account by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. As a Partner Development Consultant, you will:
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• To create strategic business plans for each partner/channel which will be reviewed with the partners/channel - quarterly
• To manage and develop the channel partner accounts to achieve and exceed all revenue, margin goals
• To retain existing business with the company’s account base and build that business in line with targets set
• Proactive in leverage of partnerships, both new and existing.

• Suggest ongoing improvements for account performance and consider marketing and/or creative ideas whilst using budget funds effectively.
• To proactively work with the Business Development managers to identity and close new business opportunities – value added services, design and system integration
