Job Description

A full service production agency are now on the lookout for a talented person to join their technical team. With a strong industry name and an ever growing list of high profile clients they are in an excellent position to continue their growth, they pride themselves as being an extremely creative organisation that works closely together to achieve fantastic results for their clients and they now require an AV Project Manager with a strong video engineering background.

About You 
You will currently be in a similar project management role or you could be a senior AV Technician who now feels ready to step up and take the reins of a project management position. Either way you will be able to clearly demonstrate your technical production experience in respect of AV/data within a live event environment and have the level of confidence to liaise with a number of people in the delivery process including clients, venues, colleagues and suppliers. You will have practical experience in the technical management, installation and delivery of an event so large scale projection. MAC/VT playback and AV system design in this environment will be second nature to you. Along with this you should also be able to showcase your knowledge of some or all of the management process of a project in its various phases.
If you are able to demonstrate experience with either power, media servers or video processors that would be an additional benefit.

The Role

Based from their London office just outside the City you will work closely with the Technical Directors and the in house team of Producers to provide AV quotations and support. You will also have access to other in house resources covering the technical and operational aspects of a project to assist with the various crew, logistical, equipment resources and administration .Depending on each project requirement you will also be required to liaise with a number of different project stakeholders including clients, agencies, other production houses, technical specialists and suppliers and you will work on a mix of projects that will include your own portfolio and being part of bigger project team for some of the larger scale events so managing and organising your workload will be key to you success in this role.
