Job Description

 

I’m looking for a junior engineer local to Barkshire who wishes to move into a First Line Engineering Service Role, must be IT literate. Salary £18-£21K


Responsible for in bound fault ticketing and the direction of helpdesk function for audio visual equipment for various job sites.

 

Accountabilities include:

 

-          RMA management

-          Call logging / ticketing / 1st line support

-          Service desk escalation / raising tickets (service incidents)

-          Remote management manufacturer portfolio

-          Providing phone/email tech support

-          Maintenance contract compilation, renewals and record keeping

-          Manufacturer warranty record keeping and renewals

-          IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development

-          Meeting room checks and management

-          Product research and development for client requirements

-          Training matrix management

 

-          Essential:

-          2 years audio visual experience - installation/onsite/tech support

-          Effective communication skills at all levels especially client facing

-          Good numeracy and written skills

-          CRM experience

-          Must be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

-          whilst dealing with clients pro-actively

-          Quick response to service desk tickets

-          Able to work individually and as part of a team

-          Good time keeping and dressed accordingly for the job in hand

-          Fully compliant with The Health and Safety at work act 1974

-          Clean driving licence and current passport holder

-
