Job Description

A talented Audio Visual Technician is now required to work on site at a leading venue in London. You will be joining an established business where you will have the freedom to develop your career and make a significant contribution to the profile of the venue and the company

The Role

As the AV Technician you will be working at the venue on a range of corporate events and functions that will vary in scale and size. You will be required to set up and operate audio and AV systems in an efficient and tidy manner and have a good level of confidence with your trouble shooting and fault finding abilities. You will be expected to have a smart appearance at all times and have an amiable character when interacting with colleagues, venue staff and clients. You will also assist with the management of the equipment inventory, provide support with external production set ups and help out with site meetings and pre event planning

About You.  

You will be seen as a trusted go to person when it comes to dealing with any audio visual request at the venue so your background must illustrate experience within a corporate event environment or similar and you will have the ability to rig ,derig and operate AV and audio systems with little supervision. You will have a good level of communication, excellent fault finding and troubleshooting experience, and have the character to work in a busy fast paced environment.
