Job Description
The Role
The organisation has a select number of venue partnerships and you will be based at their newest site where you will be the key support person to the talented and busy onsite Project Team working on a range of events assisting with various aspects of project communication ,scheduling budgeting, crew and technical resources. This position will see you:
- Having a positive impact on the delivery of some very bespoke and compelling events
- Working with some impressive blue chip companies and organisations
- Contributing to the company’s goal of consistent best in industry service
- Managing all relevant administration duties
- Helping to ensuring that projects are profitable
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers where necessary for additional Audio, lighting AV and staging kit
- Working closely with the Account Management and Warehouse Teams from their head office.
About You
For this role:
- You are naturally organised,
- Have a strong level of attention to detail
- You have a clear background in live events, with experience of coordinating crew ,logistics and resources
- Have an understanding and awareness of professional AV ,audio and lighting equipment
- Possess an excellent level of communication
- You are a proactive problem solver
- You always look to go the extra mile and take pride in the quality of your work
