Exciting new opportunity for a biddable specialist to join this award winning Digital Agency in central London. My client is an independent agency with a great success story to tell, they have a great range of accounts across, health, fashion, finance and many others and deliver the full range of digital marketing solutions ranging from performance media, PPC, SEO, Programmatic Display, Social, User Experience and Design.

You will be responsible for effective management, retention and growth of specific clients. Providing guidance to account managers and execs to ensure delivery of clients’ objectives.

The role:
-Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver against them
-Provide direction to Account Managers and Executives to drive revenue and client satisfaction
-Oversee the successful delivery of all biddable media for the given client set
-Ensure all search activity conducted is being optimised effectively
-Utilise relevant search management, analytics and third party tracking solutions
-Oversee budget management and media planning and buying across the paid channels
-Identify potential growth opportunities and work proactively with AMs to convert into revenue
-Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-channel optimisation is applied
-Work with the Head of Biddable and account team to identify cross selling opportunities
-Provide management, support and development opportunities for the team
-Develop multi-level relationships within clients’ business
-Work with New Business Team in securing sector client wins
-Oversee the successful set up of new clients/accounts
-Provide escalation and exceptional management support to the account executive team
-Create account development plans for all clients
-Monitor workload of the team, ensuring it is organised in an effective and efficient way
-Develop biddable strategy for each client
-Provide a view and advice on all aspects of search marketing
-Conduct monthly/quarterly external account reviews for all accounts
-Continually help evolve our offering and biddable / paid search delivery

-Outstanding account management/ development skills
-Excellent people management skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Proven experience in a client facing role
-Good understanding of search marketing
-Astute commercial awareness
-Ability to sell the company and present it to potential clients
-Ability to analyse and interpret data
-Experience in 3rd party tracking
-Degree qualified is an advantage
