Super exciting new role to work on a mix of sports and entertainment clients. My client is a central London based agency which still has the family-feel of an independent. With a team of nearly 20 paid media specialists they need a new addition to the team who they can train and help grow into a SAM / AD.

The agency is around 150 people and these guys are fully integrated, which offers great exposure to other channels and teams for the right candidate. You will be a strong biddable manager / senior Executive, reporting into the head of biddable, in a friendly but hard-working team focusing on the agency's top tier accounts. Working alongside the team on these prestigious brands you will gain a massive boost for your digital media career.

The Biddable Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of best practice execution & integration across Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for a portfolio of UK and international clients helping to drive the development of best practice and profitability in this key growth business area.
The role requires someone with experience working across both PPC and social/YouTube activation and a proven record of delivering against both direct response and brand targets. The brands are international, so experience working across multiple markets is preferable.

The role:

-Proactively manage & develop client accounts
-Guide team of PPC/biddable media specialists
-Identify opportunities to help improve profitability
-Accurately forecast and determine budgets
-Ensure smooth running and consistent delivery
-Run paid social and online video campaigns
-Pro-actively drive efficiency within biddable media management
-Responsible for performance across PPC, Paid Social & online video
-Responsible for best-practice
-Deliver against agreed client KPIs

-Make and implement recommendations for campaigns
