Job Description

The Biddable Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of best practice execution & integration across Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for a portfolio of UK and international clients.

The role requires someone with experience working across both PPC and social/YouTube activation and a proven record of delivering against both direct response and brand targets. With an international element to the role, so experience working across multiple markets is preferable.

They are looking for someone who can both manage and deliver against client expectations and become an integral part of the wider biddable team. 

Core objectives being:
 
  • Proactively manage & develop both client accounts and team of PPC/biddable media specialists
  • Identify opportunities to help improve profitability of your client’s biddable media activity
  • Accurately forecast and determine budgets across integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Ensure the smooth running and consistent delivery of search, paid social and online video campaigns
  • Pro-actively drive efficiency within biddable media management at both client and team levels, with clear focus on process, best practice and technology deployment
Take an active role in the development of paid search and paid social excellence within the team, with focus on delivering client work that goes beyond the core activity and challenges the standard of what has gone before

Key Accountabilities 
  • Responsible for best-practice development of biddable media specialists
  • Build and develop strong positive working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver against agreed client KPIs
  • Offer insight and innovative ideas to the client
  • Make and implement recommendations for client campaigns
  • Mentor junior biddable team members (best practice, client management, presentation skills, etc.)
  • Ensure internal processes are effective and adhered to with error limitation

  • Lead the learning & development of direct reports, supporting Biddable Director with wider team development
  • Develop & maintain positive relationships across own team clients and partner agencies
