Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced Build Engineer to join the team and help us to develop and enhance our build systems, related tools and reporting. Key Responsibilities
  • Automate and streamline deployment and maintenance of build agents, both physical and virtual
  • Monitor for and quickly resolve build and environment issues
  • Assess, define and implement improvements to build process and environments
  • Extend and improve our current automated build systems that power continuous integration builds, test automation and release builds
  • Work closely with the development team to improve developer experience related to pull request validation, integration and automated verification results
Basic Qualifications & Experience
  • Version control systems (Git, TFS)
  • BSc, BEng in Computer Science, other technical subject, or equivalent qualification or technical experience
  • Build systems and agile development workflows
  • Modern application publishing (certification, certificates, packages, etc.)
  • Scripting languages such as PowerShell
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • MSc, MEng in Computer Science or equivalent technical subject
  • Experience with Visual Studio, msbuild and Visual Studio Team Services
  • Experience with C++/C# development
  • Experience with SQL, JSON and web services and frameworks
