Job Description

Boutique digital agency in the heart of London seeks a Business Development manager that will provide key activity in generating sales for web builds, app development and branding projects. This expanding agency seeks to enhance their portfolio within the fashion, e-tailing, wellbeing and associated sectors.
You will be responsible for the sales process by building key relationships with new prospective clients, nurturing and understanding customer needs to close sales in an active area of the digital marketplace.
We’re looking for a dynamic, highly charismatic and energetic individual who wants to develop new prospects, build rapport, write up proposals and close business.
Required Skills
  • Experience selling technical digital solutions within ecommerce or mobile development.
  • Able to generate, manage and nurture sales leads by providing a consultative and opportunistic approach to lead generation.
  • Develop relationships with MD’s, senior marketing influencers and decision-makers across all communication means inc phone, email, events and social media.
  • Develop your online network through social business channels (including LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Follow up on inbound leads and be comfortable with cold calling where appropriate.
  • Work alongside the project team to develop and deliver pitches / presentations, be a confident presenter across video and in person
  • Contribute to effective sales processes and lead all sales activity to successful revenue generation.

  • Strong organisational skills when managing business development / sales pipeline and CRM touchpoints
  • Conscientious approach to notes and tracking progress
  • Confident communicator who is charismatic and full of energy
  • Experience of success within a sales role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or another leading CRM and associated best practice
