Do you have a background in operations ,finance , project management or do you have a compelling mix of all three? If so then this organisation is on the hunt for an ambitious and proactive Business Improvement Manager to join them.
Based from their offices in London you will take the lead in auditing and improving a number of key business areas ,managing change, developing IT and systems strategy, enhancing performance information, improving existing operational processes ,championing continuous improvement and supporting Directors on key projects.You will also lead the Business Improvement Team as well as planning and managing the ICT budget ensuring it is invested to support the organisations network ,security and any relevant system upgrades.This will allow to have an effect on the company’s bottom line and contribute to their continued growth.
You are a strategic thinker with a proven successful record of end to end project management, change management and extensive experience of leading and coaching change.You have an engaging and consultative style of stakeholder communication, knowledge of auditing risk and compliance systems , an excellent level of commercial and financial acumen along with the ability to manage relevant SLAs, manage and deliver tenders plus you have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, data security, web and networking technologies
Ideally you have experience of the live events and entertainment sector or you would have worked in a very deadline driven and busy industry, either way because this company are leaders within the events and entertainment industry the context of their business means they need to be operational 7 days a week so there will be the occasional need to work additional overtime including weekends.
