Client Engagement and Insights Manager

One of the largest media global communications agencies has an exciting multi-disciplinary offering looking for a Client Engagement and Insights Manager. With a strong focus on communication and consultation both internally and externally you will help manage ongoing and existing projects with a range of clients. With a proven media knowledge you will engage on an international platform and apply your analytical understanding where necessary to make relevant insights.

  • Proactively help manage the day-to-day outputs of the team, including the planning, preparation and delivery of regular deliverables
  • Provide regular Insights and Analytics both internally and with clients
  • Deliver international media/digital/market/category/consumer intelligence
  • Develop central analysis and recommendations, including audience profiling work
  • Leverage the resources/sources/tools available to develop analysis and add value
  • Use proprietary tools and solutions across the portfolio of clients
  • Manage competitive databases and help develop our product
  • Manage research projects and recommendations eg consumer surveys

What they are looking for
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant topic
  • Experience in a media agency preferably in an international capacity
  • Thorough understanding of the whole media planning and strategic process and the role of media (atl and digital) in the context of marketing strategy
  • Excellent analysis, reasoning and interpretation ability
  • Collaborative working style and able to operate at ease in developing and managing client relationships
  • Experience of preparing and delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally
  • Ability to manage team members and ensure delivery of their responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as under direction
  • Self-starter, who demonstrates initiative at all times
  • Good with data and high degree of numeracy
