Job Description

Brand new opportunity at this  global, award winning agency to look after the overall relationships with your clients. You’ll grow and build the relationship so that the team is a true extension of their team whilst ensuring you deliver top value to them through the services you offer. You’ll be a top project manager obsessing about process and delivery and take the lead in pitches to new clients. This role will support the business lead in developing a suite of services, specifically the advocacy offering.

The role will be varied with focus on finance and contracts as well as client reviews and helping to manage and create strategies for accounts that run across multiple digital channels. The clients span across many vertical and include some of the biggest international household brands.

The role:

-Work hand-in-hand with the strategists and data scientists
-Continually optimise and progress your partners’ customer experiences
-Ability to plan a brands’ digital and offline experience
-Show a solid knowledge of all digital channels and general brand planning
-Social marketing, PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social and Programmatic
-Support the creation and delivery of marketing materials
-Contribute in developing new ways of working
-Run brainstorms and facilitate team creative sessions
-Be able to create strategies for social only and broader brand pieces
-Lead on pitches managing a team to deliver whilst overseeing all output
-Develop advocacy product offering through evolving processes
-Extending relationships and deliver new and different loyalty and sampling programs
-Lead on advocacy pieces of work
-Continue and extend technology and advertising partners
-Be highly collaborative with other agencies and teams
-Make things simple for a client partner – remove complexities
-Campaigns are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to brief and best practice
-Campaigns are monitored appropriately and are in line to hit relevant targets 
-Create reports accurately and develop presentations to the highest level of quality 
-Prepare performance review presentations including financial reporting 
-Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
-Be a great team leader
-Stay in-touch with delivery happily rolling up your sleeves to muck in and help out
-Still deliver some campaigns to ensure your tools are still sharp
-Flag any potential revenue issues with management for mitigation

With over 5 years of AM and AD experience in social media or digital marketing, you’ll be ready to take more of leadership role and able to deliver both social and broader marketing work. You’ll love social media and have brilliant understanding of all aspects including paid. Ideally, you’ll have delivered countless and varied advocacy campaigns and will have successfully managed teams completing full appraisals for each member.
