Job Description

As first point of contact for UK customers you'll manage the day-to-day customer relationships providing a first-class client experience to some of the world's largest companies.

There are dedicated teams of tech specialists, SEO, content marketing, and insight and analytics gurus that deliver next generation stuff which can’t be duplicated putting you in unique position of exclusivity around product, enusuring you have time to nurture your clients rather than take up time with the more technical aspects.


The role:

•Develop a relationship with customers
•Identify and align clients search goals and define success metrics
•Organize and conduct on-boarding and training calls
•Ongoing keyword research, on-page optimization and URL recommendations
•Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices
•Develop plans for expanded functionality usage
•Monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal teams
•Ensure that all customers derive maximum value from their investment
•Identify and grow opportunities within the search marketing industry
•Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment


Skills:

•2+ years’ experience in an account or relationship management role
•1-2 years hands on SEO experience
•Academic degree or comparable background
•Understanding of Penguin, Panda, Hummingbird and Mobilegeddon
•Experience using Web trends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics
•Understanding of; landing page optimization, CRO, mobile, paid, global search
•Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive workshops and programs
•Ability to work from a CRM
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French in addition is a plus
