The Account Manager will motivate, support and ensure excellence in delivery from the activation teams, while taking responsibility for managing all day to day media planning/client services and strategy.
Importantly the role requires a high level knowledge of response driven digital media and how this integrates with off-line channels (from a strategic and activation perspective) as well as a solid understanding of brand building across all channels.
- Client Service:
- To be able to assume responsibility for all the groups work in the absence of the Account Director
- Manage close working relationships with senior day to day clients
- To support the Account Director in ensuring the group runs smoothly and to run accounts effectively
- To be able to confidently and clearly present work to client, verbally and in document form
- Consider and implement ways of generating incremental income for the agency
High level understanding and manipulation of all industry relevant planning tools
