Comms Planning Manager

The Ideal Experience:
= Over 4 years’ agency experience in cross channel, integrated comms planning or media planning/buying
= Good understanding and desire to learn about the performance arena
= The ability to demonstrate strong digital integration knowledge and experience
= Worked on brands that have shown transformational change
= Brought innovation and growth to a range of clients
= Passionate hunter energy and proof of successful pitch conversion
= Evidence of managing a pitch process from RFI to being appointed
= Case studies to show where entrepreneurial has been used to drive business growth
= A hunger for networking and seeking out new client opportunities
= Collaborative skills enabling you to work closely with the Marketing and Sales Support team to identify strong opportunities
= Great communication skills ranging from high level strategic business discussions with CMO’s to getting the best out of the meeting setters.
= Bring examples where your Inquisitive nature with clients shows you don’t settle for norm
= International experience (not essential)

The Role:
= Driving business growth via new clients.
= Managing a set of named accounts and leading an internal team
= Improving the agencies pitch conversion
= Training and developing colleagues in the pitch chemistry and actual pitch process
= Helping close opportunities generated via several different sources; meeting setters, partners, pitch consultants, networking
= Liaising with the strategic and specialist teams to deliver a winning response to brief formula
= Become a strong brand ambassador of the agency
= Be part of a senior management team and demonstrate a strong commercial acumen
