Content Partnerships Associate Director

This role is to join an network agency to lead and champion the development of multimedia content partnerships working with some exciting brands.

  • Build strong relationships with planning/strategy teams at a senior level to ensure a clear understanding of clients products, business objectives/challenges and how we are remunerated for ‘out of scope’ work
  • Work with Group Account Directors and Product team to build partnerships/content marketing in to client and campaign strategy documents
  • Set up and help facilitate idea generation sessions
  • Create client friendly strategy documents to sell content partnership campaigns direct to clients 
  • Build, plan, cost and oversee delivery of multimedia/brand partnerships including regular client updates and live campaign optimisation
  • Push through partnership projects warm leads and proactively target new clients
  • Work with Partnerships Group Account Director to develop senior level ‘content’ relationships with key media owners across all media channels (print, digital, radio, outdoor, cinema and TV) – build rapport with key media owners to ensure you are the first to know about unique opportunities help develop content ideas and ensure partnerships deliver exceptional value for our clients
  • Forge close working relationships with other departments to maximise profit, share and expertise - social, programmatic, research, barter, mobile etc
  • Ensure partnerships are cost effective and deliver against client KPI’s
  • Manage the campaign delivery, reviewing campaign data and research to optimise live and post campaign
  • Provide the client with a full PCA including areas for improvement and award entry recommendation
  • Work with PR to identify suitable award categories for the campaign
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure campaigns fluidity and excellence

  • Commercial – increase YoY revenue of new and existing clients spend within this category.
  • Maintain a close eye on profitability (with the aim to improve campaign/campaign profitability) – revenue measure plus campaign profitability reports
  • Reputation – use the agencies growth momentum and your senior level media owner contact database to drive more valuable relationships with ‘partners’ (media owners, internal, other) driving our reputation forward and ensuring we become well known and respected in the industry (and get best in market rates and opportunities) – media owner score card
  • Client – develop close working relationships with our key clients; be known by them as an expert in your field and keep them up to date with new and interesting developments in this field. Create best in class content campaigns as well as providing proactive ideas, showing them we value their business and have their interests in mind when liaising with ‘partners’ – client score card
