Customer Support – Games

Creative Personnel are excited to offer this very fulfilling and dynamic role as customer support representative at one of our very successful Manchester studios. Within this role you will be a key member of the team by relaying customer inquiries and managing responses accordingly. With this close interaction to customers you will be responsible to react effectively, professionally and efficiently. Furthermore with this in mind you will need to be a natural born leader who will prioritize serious issues and react in the best possible way. This role within the studio will be extremely important to ensure the company is always informed promptly and given as much detail about all customer experiences.
