Job Description

Digital Account Director

This is an exciting role to join an independent media agency specialising in the entertainments sector. The AD would report directly into the Digital Director and manage AE's and AM's in the team.

The Role
 Driving the Digital team in managing the agency’s online portfolio, working directly with clients and
advising them on Digital media strategy.
 Assist Head of Digital in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals
 Manage compilation and presentation of key client reports including buying reviews and market
competitive reporting, both individually and via our team.
 Take charge of preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings
 Management of Account Executives and Assistants to complete tasks in an efficient, timely manner
 Champion use of new and viable Digital platforms and technologies to enhance planning and delivery,
including leading role in management of agency Trading Desk.
 Recommend and implement new working practices to enhance the agency’s Digital planning and buying
offering
 Extend agency’s knowledge and billings within the youth and entertainment sectors
 Establish strong working relationships with media owners and other third parties

About You
 5 years of experience within agency environment – preferably as an experienced Digital Manger within
a specialist Digital Agency, or within Digital Online department of larger media agency.
 Ability to communicate well to internal and external parties, with a track record of successfully delivering
effective Digital media campaigns. Strong presentation skills are advantageous.
 Trading Desk experience (DBM, AppNexus, etc.)
 Demonstrate working knowledge of Digital online reporting tools such as comScore/Nielsen, Google
AdWords.
 Ability to work under pressure and to deadline both within a team and individually
 Proven success in leading on other areas of growth within an Agency – such as planning and delivering
training programmes, mentoring junior staff, etc.
