The Agency
This is a senior position to join an independent digital agency who have grown year a#on year with big visions to grow further hence the hire. They work with some exciting challenger brands across all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic. Their clients are from a number of sectors including Fashion, Publishing, Energy, Insurance and Finance.

The Role

Joining as Account Director you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy for all of of the agencies clients. You will work alongside the Digital teams, Head of Paid Media and SEO Manager, to help build value for clients and for the agency.

You will be at the forefront of the business; an extension of their clients' own teams, implementing briefs for campaigns that reach and engage thousands of people.

You will also be responsible for identifying gaps in a client’s strategy and therefore, creating, pitching and delivering additional revenue streams for the business

You will be planning digital strategies across a variety of digital channels for existing and new clients as well as new business opportunities

The Candidate
• Must have a good understanding of digital services and especially new offerings in the market
• Experience in identifying & illustrating requirements for clients
• Experience in creating strategies for clients.
• Department management experience is an advantage.
• Significant experience in a client services role, in a digital environment with a full understanding of the suite of digital services on offer which can include the likes of paid social, paid search, video, programmatic and mobile etc.
• Experience of managing projects through from initiation to completion.
• You will have a track record of setting and working to KPI’s and targets.
• You will be a natural relationship builder.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
