Job Description

I’m looking for a client focused, digital savvy account manager for one of London’s leading digital marketing agencies. A global agency built on a foundation of bespoke technology and data insight. Working with household name clients in highly competitive sectors, they develop effective, long-term proven strategies with their efforts having a real impact. The role:

-Act as the key point of contact for account planning
-Setting external agendas, creating plans and scheduling
-Support business development by assisting with pitch preparation and attending meetings
-Develop excellent client relationships at all levels
-Setting up tasks in the project management system
-Ensuring individuals are aware of timelines and liaising with clients for billing information
-Manage the relationship between your clients and teams
-Develop an in depth understanding of your clients’ business and that of their competitors
-Work with team members to develop integrated marketing campaign strategies
-Use channels effectively that will achieve campaign objectives
-Proactively assist with the development of presentations, reports and strategies
-Prepare cross-channel project plans and roadmaps
-Ensure that clients’ expectations are managed
-Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations
-Carry out post campaign analysis to report against KPIs
-Ensure that calls and meetings are scheduled and followed up appropriately
-Understand the commercials on each account
-Identify potential upsell and cross sell opportunities for clients

Skills / Requirements:

-Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
-Excellent understanding of all digital channels (SEO, PPC and Paid Social)
-Commercial awareness of projects through timesheet management
-Confidence to present at internal and external meetings
-Understanding of Content Management Systems, site architecture and responsive design
-Ability to create project plans and functional specifications
-Good understanding of all digital marketing channels, UX and CRO
-A good broad knowledge of SEO
-Understanding of off-page SEO, link development risks and penalty recovery planning
-Understanding of online campaign planning and management
-Excellent Project Management skills
-Experience of writing and delivering presentations and strategies
-Numerical and analytical
-Proactive, motivated, self starter
