As a result of ongoing success, they are growing and need a Digital Account Manager to join the team, bringing with them a range of skills and knowledge from digital media, ad operations, and Marketing Technology.
The core focus of this role is integration: technology, marketing channels, media and website experience, on-site testing with campaign messaging, client teams with internal teams. You will take a central role in client delivery across paid media channels (display/programmatic, paid search, paid social, affiliates), organic search, user research, web development and on-site optimisation testing.
This is an opportunity for a technical expert to take on a broader, more commercial role in an agency that places technology at the heart of performance.
-Forecasting & P&L management
-End-to-end tech integration
-Client relationship management
-Strategic growth of client accounts
-Visibility on the entire lifecycle of campaigns
-Partner with internal specialist teams
-Campaign planning, launch execution, optimisation and recap
-Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations
-Coordination of campaigns
-Collaborate with senior clients and give them deeper insights
-A strong interest in being involved in end-to-end of account
-Hands on experience and knowledge of Marketing Technology
-At least 4 years’ experience in the industry
-Good commercial acumen
-Ad ops experience and demonstrated client service skills
-Experience of working on campaigns across EMEA
-Experience in running campaigns across various channels
-Exp with paid search, SEO, display, paid social, and affiliates
-A solid understanding of programmatic
-Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
-Time management, project management and presentation skills
Reporting into the Director of Media, you will work closely with media channel experts and discipline teams across Customer Experience. You will have a dotted line to the Account Directors, and work with them to create and deliver effective narratives, insights and presentations to the client on retrospective performance and future strategy. You will collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure projects, campaigns and general deliverables are produced to spec, on time, and on budget.
