Job Description

My client is a digital marketing agency built on a foundation of bespoke technology and data insight. Working with household name clients in highly competitive sectors, they develop effective, long-term proven strategies with their efforts having a real impact on business. They build their own tools, have won awards and expanded globally. I now need an exceptional manager to help clients dominate their markets.

You get to have a serious influence on how services are structured for global accounts, inspiring those around you to deliver exceptional work at every phase.


The role:

-Manage the relationship between your clients and respective teams
-Fully understand your clients’ business and their competitors
-Work with team members to develop integrated marketing campaign strategies
-Use various channels effectively to achieve campaign objectives
-Assist with the development of presentations, reports and strategies
-Prepare cross-channel project plans and roadmaps
-Ensure that clients’ expectations are managed
-Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations
-Carry out post campaign analysis to report against KPIs
-Build learning into future campaigns
-Ensure calls and meetings are scheduled and followed up appropriately
-Ensure contracts and SOWs for clients are accurate and up to date
-Understand the commercials on each account within your remit
-Resolve any queries raised by finance regarding invoicing
-Identify potential upsell and cross sell opportunities for clients


Skills/Background:

-Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
-Excellent understanding of all digital channels
-Proven experience in SEO / PPC / Paid Social environment
-Proven track record of online campaign planning and management
-Excellent Project Management skills
-Confident in writing and delivering proposals, presentations and strategies
-Experience of dealing with people at all levels
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Attention to detail
-Numerical and analytical
-Proactive, motivated, self starter
-Commercially focussed
-Ability to drive revenue for both an agency and a client
-Some knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP is an advantage but not essential
