Due to some exciting new wins my client, a long standing, well established, full service digital agency is in need of a Digital AM / SAM to come on board ASAP.

They have a great range of clients across finance, entertainment and telco and need an enthusiastic, pro-active and commercially minded individual to  support the Business Director and work from day one with high level clients and senior team leaders across all parts of the business.

The role:

-Pro-active ownership of accounts
-Work closely with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business
-Provide marketing guidance and consultancy to clients
-Recommend, plan and deliver dynamic integrated marketing programs
-Lead, drive and challenge at all stages of the delivery process
-Take responsibility for day-to-day client relationships
-Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth
-Day to day ownership on the accounts, performance and workload
-Develop well written, considered briefs
-Oversee team projects to ensure they are delivered with the required quality
-Commercial reporting and finance/ forecasting
-Business development on owned accounts 
-Pro-actively qualify, extract, develop and drive opportunities for growth and projects
-Work with the Business Director on account planning and opportunity development
-Active involvement in supporting the agency on new business opportunities
-Assisting with proposal writing and pitch preparation as required
-Work to tight deadlines whilst providing clients with exceptional service at all times


-A lateral and creative thinker
-Proven experience of developing strategic marketing plans
-Exp in UX, web design & build, digital marketing and lead generation projects
-Extensive marketing experience (across B2B and B2C)
-A proven background in digital agencies
-Experience of working across multiple sectors, finance, science and B2B
-Proven experience of project managing multiple projects within tight timescales
-A positive outlook and confident, can-do attitude 
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong commercial and resource planning skills
-Previous experience of leading, managing and motivating staff
-An organised approach with excellent attention to detail
-Successful delivery of projects with high quality of output
-Exp in budget allocation / profitability, quality and timeliness of delivery
-Personable, charismatic, approachable, self-motivated
-Able to motivate and inspire confidence in others
