Job Description

Superb opportunitiy to join a rapidly growing force in global search marketing! The London office has retained accounts with some of the biggest household brands in a wide range of verticals and develop integrated digital strategies, combining paid search, social, SEO, content and mobile.

Aa a talented and experienced digital marketeer you will be a natural content evangelist able to work with both digital channel specialists, insight analysts, and media strategy teams, to pave the way for digital-first creative solutions.

You will be managing and nurturing all community management clients to deliver market leading owned and earned social media solutions. This includes social listening, conversation analysis, competitive benchmarking, creative brainstorming, copywriting, content strategy, and content calendars, new business pitches and account/project management.

You will also be working alongside the partnerships team to deliver campaigns and projects that work with influential and high profile collaborators – from micro-influencers to celebrity talent! Further to Social, this role is expected to work with other digital disciplines that exist within IPG Mediabrands (including paid social, affiliates, PR, and SEO) to drive integrated thinking and a market leading proposition.

The role / Requirements:

-Managing the day-to-day requirements of social content / cmmunity
-Resource allocation of client campaigns
-Plan, manage and execute client campaigns and events
-Liaising with influencers, talent and publisher partners
-Building social media strategy / community engagement plan
-Ensure activities align with overall marketing strategies
-Responsible for producing social deliverables
-Oversee campaign KPIs and uphold the quality
-Championing social and digital content best practice
-Keeping up to date with best practice for all major / latest social platforms
-Work with affiliates, paid social, display, PPC, SEO 
-Experience in developing and managing a brand's tone and personality
-Experience of working with / mentoring junior team members
-Experience in managing and client servicing large scale projects
-Can manage campaign finances and internal resourcing
-Experience with social listening and analytics tools
-Understanding of Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google+ Platform Insights
