Job Description

My client is a global marketing agency with offices in nearly 40 countries offering full service marketing solutions. They are one of the world’s most passionate and ambitious digital marketing agencies - earning the right to create and deliver digital marketing strategies for exceptional blue chip household brands across, entertainment, sports, fashion and ecom.

I'm currenly looking for a talented and experienced digital marketer, a natural content evangelist to work with both creatives, channel specialists, and strategy teams, to pave the way for digital-first creative solutions. I need somebody who lives and breathes creative content, new technology, and innovation across the industry - you will have the ability to seamlessly translate this passion into campaigns that deliver.

The role:

-Plan, structure and scope digital content production projects
-Deliver for social and digital channels
-Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery and execution process
-Communicate art direction concepts
-Manage cross-functional creative projects
-Implement best practice project management methodologies
-Create relevant documentation for internal members
-Manage external freelancers for production shoots
-Briefing and invoicing
-Lead new business opportunities
-Maintain relationships with vendors and partners
-Manage production project financials and track status
-Lead digital (social & online content) production
-Have an understanding of social strategy principles
-Conduct brainstorms and creative strategy sessions
-Be actively involved in the ideation process
-Keep up to date with best practices


Skills:

-Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
-Diplomacy, interpersonal and management skills
-Budget and resource management skills
-Third-party/outsource management skills
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a creative production
-Social media, digital producer/project manager role
-Have a real passion for creative content production
-Have an eye for detail
-Clear and confident presenter
-Managing a brand's tone of voice and personality
-Campaign finances and internal resourcing
-Negotiation of vendor costs and rate cards
-Understanding of Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google+ Platform Insights
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint is essential.


Advantageous:

-Experienced in influencer engagement
-Publisher partnerships, and PR/events planning
-Excel knowledge and functions
-Strong copywriting and editing skills
