Job Description

Reporting into the Account Director the Digital Account Manager is responsible for the smooth running of PPC & Digital campaigns for a number of exciting clients across retail and finance. You will have the autonomy to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts whilst mentoring junior team members and therefore developing your line management skills and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Experience in day to day management and optimisation of Paid Search, Display and Paid Social campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and if possible Twitter Ads and Snap Ads Manager
  • Confident in identifying trends and insights to further optimise performance across clients digital channels
  • An understanding of the value of popular digital campaign tools including 3rd party tracking (Doubleclick, Omniture, Facebook Adverts Manager)
  • Campaign Management of tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate tools (e.g., DART, Mediaplex, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.). 
  • Develop client accounts to deliver on-going revenue growth (benchmarked @ 10% per year)
  • Deliver best-in-class output, providing a clear example to the wider organisation of Brilliant Basics, and innovative, market leading digital solutions
  • Develop deep and lasting relationships with clients, agency colleagues, and key partners
  • Support new business when needed i.e. assist with pitches and presentations
  • Support and develop junior team members from search analysts through to interns
  • Lead training and development programme within digital (working alongside fellow SAMs, Heads and CDO)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Experience of achieving significant improvements in results by devising and
    implementing innovative campaign strategies and ideas
  • Highly numerate and passionate about delving into – and drawing insight from - data
  • Excellent working knowledge & optimisation of major social media channels including Facebook and Twitter
  • Proven knowledge of PPC campaign tools including 3rd party tracking
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to deliver clear concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proactive and highly organised, with excellent information management skills a proven ability to multi-task
  • Analytical – capable of diving into data and synthesizing coherent and actionable findings
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English 
  • Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, happy taking the initiative to drive projects forward
