This is a great opportunity for someone with a digital planning and buying background having ideally worked across display, paid social, programmatic and paid search.
You will be joining an award winning independent agency that has been rated in the top media agencies for 4 years' running.

The Role
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to own the digital relationship across a group of well known brands running both brand and performance driven campaigns
• You will own the relationship with the client as the key day to day contact, responsible for the digital strategy and planning and buying. This will be predominantly across Display, Programmatic and Paid Social. However an understanding of PPC is also required
• You will be supported by a senior member of the digital team and work closely with the campaign management team
• You will be part of a growing digital team and chemistry is therefore critical. They will be positive, participative, self-confident, competitive and imaginative.

Client Servicing
• Own the client relationship for all digital matters
• Be the first point of contact for the client for planning, live campaign, post campaign
• Be an expert in your client’s industry, the competitors within the sector and the general industry environment
Strategy and Planning
• Be responsible for taking briefs and working with channel specialists to create media plans and rationale
• Define the role for digital media channels within the campaign approach, setting appropriate KPIs
• Present cross channel digital plans to clients
• Actively seek out new trends
• Translate strategy in to media delivery and optimisations for each client
Campaign Management and Performance
• Brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client’s digital strategy
• Ensure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycle
• Lead client calls and meetings for digital
• Ensure specialists are focused on delivering against target KPIs
• Work with the specialist teams to ensure every account has a clear 30/60/90 optimisation schedule which delivers against the target objectives

• We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a digital media role, preferably at an agency, and currently operating at an Account Manager level
• You will have a solid understanding of all digital media channels, specifically Display, Programmatic and Paid Social. Some knowledge of PPC would also be beneficial
• You will have experience of planning and managing brand and DR campaigns
• Be thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work, attention to detail is a key requirement
• Knowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Prisma, Google Analytics.
