Job Description

My client is a global full service digital entity which covers data driven display, search, social media & mobile marketing. With an incredibly lively, fast-paced and fun environment they work on some of the most prestigious global brands and work as a team to keep them as front runners in the digital space. This role will work very closely with the Channels teams and Client Services team as well as key senior client members.

The Digital Performance Planner will report directly to the Performance Director, you will be responsible for delivering best in class performance oriented cross-channel digital plans/strategies, in line with clients’ objectives and targets. The role will also involve using both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects and support cross selling/up-selling opportunities accordingly.

The role:

-Establish yourself as the key Digital Performance Planner contact, internally and externally
-Advanced Excel and Power Point skills to visualise and support the recommended approach
-Strong understanding of Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Email, Lead Gen, Affiliates & Paid Search
-Ability to communicate effectively with senior members of the internal and client teams
-Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve cross-channel results
-Ability to discuss and be challenged on cross-channel business plans
-Digital Campaigns / Project Management
-Help the client and operational teams in preparing performance review presentations
-Provide regular results analysis and recommendations on relevant projects
-Prepare cross-channel forecasts supported by relevant assumptions, trends and market data
-Support, when required, project managing any activity
-Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basis
-Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes

Key requirements:

-Highly analytical person who enjoys working with numbers
-You are advanced in the use of excel (macros, vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
-You have a solid understanding of the paid media ecosystem
-You have a solid cross-channel forecasting methodology
-You always question everything and you do not accept things at face value
