The Display Account Manager is an established and proven expert in display advertising with capabilities across programmatic, mobile display (web and CPI), VOD and native. This role requires a technical understanding of how display interacts with and complements all digital marketing channels, working with other digital disciplines to help define clients’ media strategy.

The role:

-Ownership and responsibility of all display accounts
-Leading media partner discussions
-Tracking and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing processes
-Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the team are at the forefront of the industry
-Trialing opportunities for clients
-Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
-Experience across a variety of the major tracking / ad serving partners
-Ensure a high level of transparency is available to clients throughout the media buying process
-Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
-Work closely with Client Services and the Head of Paid Media
-Ensure all accounts have a performance and commercial strategy specific to display
-Direct line management of junior members of the Paid Media Department
-Ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
-Training and development of junior team members
-Quality control of work conducted by junior members of the team
-Work with the Head of Paid Media across a range of tasks
 -Asssist with recruitment
-Training plans for Display
-Build/maintain media supplier relationships


-At least 2.5 years of working in display marketing
-Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients
-Monthly budgets of £50,000+
-Proven track record of achieving ecommerce targets (ROI, ROAS, CPA)
-Branding and awareness metrics
-Proven track record with leading 3rd party analytics packages, ad serving, DSPs and anti-fraud partners
-Strong planning and buying experience
-Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity (performance and resource levels)
-Experience in CPI mobile partners of great benefit


-Excellent understanding of display and programmatic as well as wider digital channels and environment
-Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities
-Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
-Native level of English, both written and spoken
-Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use and creation of Excel formulae and macros
-Working knowledge of mobile-specific services, such as ASO (app store optimization)
-Location based advertising and mobile-specific creative and rich-media
