Job Description

My client is a global leader in the sports, health and fitness space, dominating over a dozen markets worldwide. The Digital team is positioned in London and due to their continued success there is now a brand new opening for a Ecommerce Manager to join the team. 

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for making sure all websites and third-party online systems are running smoothly and that all content, promotions and products are setup correctly. For this role it is essential you have proven and comprehensive experience working on Magento. 

The role: 
-Work closely with the frontend team
-Ensure all website content is up kept up to date
-Coordinating with the trading team for promotions
-Creating multi variant and AB tests using Monetate
-Taking ownership of updating website banners
-Optimizing product feeds being sent to Google
-Monitoring all aspects of the site
-Use of tools such as New Relic and Ghost Inspector 
-Acting as the first line of support for all website issues and tickets
-Troubleshooting and resolving issues
-Bulk updating of data on Magento
-Responsible for all third-party integrations and systems
-Ensuring website content and architecture meets SEO best practice 


Skills:
-3+ years ecommerce experience
-Proven experiecne working with Magento
-Strong understanding of web and digital technologies
-Excellent IT skills 
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS and SEO
-Passionate about the retail and ecommerce industry
-Proactive and self-motivated
