EMEA Performance Director
£70,000 DOE

The Role:
This senior role has opened due to a recent major win for the agency in the EMEA team. The role reports directly into the Managing Partner and is a really exciting position for someone stepping up from AD or Senior AD in search of progression or someone already at Media Director level looking for a new challenge. The account is across all media online and offline but digitally focused so digital media planning experience and a knowledge of the latest tech is a must. You will be responsible for performance across all channels across 7 markets. You will manage relationships with clients and agency partners in the UK, US and across Europe. You will provide support in developing and managing overall approach to client brief, ongoing campaign management and supporting clients in day to day requests.

• Technical implementation experience and knowledge

• Strong desire to learn & to develop your media skills
• Experience managing international accounts within a media agency

Role Requirements:
• Performance media leadership
o Experienced practitioner in performance marketing techniques across all channels (digital is a must)
• Local market campaign management:
o Lead campaign briefing – providing direction on target, channel, budget, timeline
o Ensure their media plans comply with the central brief and strategy.
o Ensure standard processes and best practices are rolled out and followed across markets
• Lead central campaign planning for global & pan-euro initiatives across digital and offline
• Be digitally driven—oversee digital implementation and continue to seek innovation across all aspects
• Oversee and understand ad serving/trafficking process/technical implementation (NB the expectation is not to undertake this work personally)
• Manage client expectations and have the ability to escalate issues quickly to the Account Lead if necessary
