Experienced Producer needed for ambitious AAA title

This amazing studio is on the search for their next Producer to facilitate game development in a collaborative context, with attention to organisation and accountability across departments. Responsibilities:
  • Own specific pipelines and/or teams that relate to the overall success of the game and drive them to a timely completion
  • Work with Directors, pipeline producers and leads to plan overarching schedules and draft respective roadmaps in line with Senior Production expectations
  • Create, track and manage all tasks and ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly for all up-coming releases and deadlines
  • Compile and send out regular reports on team progress and accomplishments
  • Identify, communicate and resolve any risks that may prevent the team from completing any defined deadlines
  • Provide direction and motivation to team members, making sure that goals and deadlines are realistic and achieved
  • Work with team leads to develop efficient work methods and pipelines
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a video game Producer
  • Worked on a full AAA-project life cycle
  • Proficient with standard project management development tools (MS Project, JIRA, MS Office etc)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication as well as skills in project management methodologies
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU
  • International travel may be required as part of the role
Pluses
  • Project Management certifications such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Absolutely unrivalled passion for all things video games!
  • Previous experience with the CryENGINE/Lumberyard
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence, Perforce and Shotgun software
