My client is an award-winning Digital growth agency! They are in search of a Digital Account Manager who will be working with an outstanding team of highly regarded experts in their field, to serve a wide range of clients, varying in size and sectors across many different channels. This is a client-facing opportunity where you will be working closely with clients to manage online campaigns and strategies.
What will your day look like?
- Working directly with clients in planning, forecasting and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add real value to the client campaigns.
- Regular reporting and presenting of campaign performance arose multiple channels (SEO, PPC and Social Media) as well as within each single channel.
- Analysing client campaign results (From both multi and single channel campaigns) and related data to identify opportunities
- Identify the clients needs for selling in SEO consultant or PPC Analyst resources to optimise or improve single and multiple channel campaign performance and project managing their successful and timely deployment.
- Maintaining the agencies high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships
- Cooperate as required on new business pitches either by writing proposals, preparing forecasts or potentially presenting at pitch meetings.
- Minimum 2 years account Management experience in online marketing
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of key PPC, Social and SEO challenges
- Strong client relationship building experience with excellent presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on correlating data sets and commercial forecasting
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail
- Able to write persuasive business documents including new business proposals and campaign summaries
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
