Gameplay programmer Role – London - £40,000

Creative Personnel are proud to offer to this excellent opportunity to work with one of leading industry giants. Our client have produced a fantastic range of titles within the past 10 years and as a studio they have really taken the industry by storm by delivering some fascinating storylines and photo-realistic graphics as a part their games. This studio has worked with exclusive franchises and are now looking for a highly skilled gameplay programmer to join their team. Key Skill requirements
  • Strong understanding of C++
  • An advanced understanding of the main gaming platforms and the requirements needed to develop software for them
  • Unreal Engine experience
  • Experience  working on a AAA title (Shipped at least one title)
  • Understanding of defining, designing, implementing and supporting the production process for creative software teams
  • Must be a team player
  • Passion for games
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for driving new bespoke gameplay features through all stages of the production: design, scheduling, implementation and polish
  • Providing direction and mentoring for a small team, and being proactively involved in the scheduling requirements
  • Working closely with the design team on the design and implementation requirements of the feature they require
  • Being positive, active and contributing to the team
  • Offer advice and suggestions for improving the development process
  • Being proactive and help with problem solving
