Job Description

Global AV Service Desk Manager – I am looking for someone to take on responsibility to manager and grow a team of NOC support technicians to help provide 24/7 support to a global company. This role will see you managing the end user client where you will be tasked with managing all tickets to meet the desired SLAs and be responsible for the smooth running of the contract. You will have come from a NOC background and have experience diagnosing faults / issues via the network whether that be AV or IT. Industry qualifications would be a distinct advantage for this position i.e INFOCOMM, Cisco, Microsoft or Videoconferencing certificates. Knowledge of Ticketing systems and how to successful resolve outstanding issues is a must. Ideally you will be able to manage, motivate, train, develop and appraise the team you will be responsible for on a regular basis.
