The Role
We are currently looking for someone to join the account team for a key client in the entertainment sector and be responsible for the administration and adoption of the global planning system. As well as the global adherence to client business rules, master data, data governance, and policies. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working on a global account, is familiar with global planning solutions, works well in a fast passed dynamic environment, and understand the sense of urgency and attention to detail inherent in delivering successful media campaigns.

This is a pivotal role within a highly strategic and data savvy global account and must ensure:
  • All global markets are adopting the necessary global planning tools and adhering to the required business operations and best practices 
  • Work closely with the global planning teams to understand the global approach and then localize, as well as collect and aggregate feedback on local nuances and priorities
  • Keep the account operations playbook up to date and relevant for all global markets and all new agency/client requirements 
  • Be the primary point of contact for all global and local agency and client users of the planning system driving business process, tools education, and system updates
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Expectation setting and relationship management with all agency and client stakeholders 
  • Maintain a contacts list and tools champion for each market
  • Maintain plan management system hierarchies and account setup 
  • Manage global master data and user management within the platform such as media types, segments, themes, dayparts, and user access
  • Training and education across the markets; setup and run training sessions for the local planning teams on the platform including client business rules, best practices, and processes. 
  • Maintain all training materials; operations playbook, videos, etc. 
  • Ensure standard of knowledge across all tools and platforms used is consistent across the markets
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies between all teams
  • Client liaison for platform setup and ongoing maintenance
  • Ad-hoc training and support to Regional operations managers for ongoing business process and data governance 
  • Weekly reviews & quality assurance of plan entry (globally), working with Regional operations managers on adherence to tool usage

Experience Required:
• 5+ years of experience within media account planning, management, or operations
• Strong knowledge of global planning systems (e.g. Lumina, Mediatools)
• Experience working in a global environment managing cultural, time zone, and working style differences
