Job Description

I need an enthusiastic and highly experienced Head of Biddable for a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals in London. I’m keen to speak to those with a passion for, and a high-level understanding of PPC. You will come with at least 4 years’ experience working for a renowned digital agency and have experience managing international PPC campaigns with monthly budgets in excess of £500k. This role provides a fantastic opportunity lead the development of the PPC service which never stop striving to be the leading Paid Search team within the industry. As an expert in the PPC field you will lend your expertise to the training and mentoring of others. You will also have excellent people skills and use your networking skills to build long lasting relationships with suppliers, publishers, and tech providers alike. 

You will be involved in developing new and existing accounts, including more complex pitches, by shaping the strategy and playing an integral role in bringing new business on board. As a creative thinker, there will be plenty of opportunity to work with the wider Paid Media team to influence how we build cross channel strategies.  

This is the ideal role for someone who is already at a senior level within a reputable digital agency, who is looking to build upon their current paid media experience with a fast moving, international organisation. Expectations are high and you should strive for success, but always with the support and backing of a talented and experienced team.

My client is a forward thinking digital marketing agency with an amazing team of talented search pros based near Shoreditch. A leading 360-degree digital agency with services spanning across search engine marketing (SEO, PPC), social media, display, data, UX and creative. 


-An excellent understanding of PPC strategies
-Create succesful account strategies for new clients
-Have a good understanding of tracking solutions, technologies and attribution models
-Able to identify skills/knowledge gaps within the team and know how to solve
-An advantage if you also have experience in Google shopping campaigns
-Possess strong critical thinking, account, team and client management skills
-Have good documentation skills
-Good communication skills
-Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with teams and suppliers
-Good presentation skills
-You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a positive and flexible attitude
-The ability to lead and develop people through knowledge sharing, best practice and training
-You will have exemplary time management and organisational skills


-A minimum of four years’ solid paid search experience in an agency environment
-Experience in managing medium to large paid media accounts with budgets over £500k pm
-Strong experience managing both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns
-Up to date knowledge of the search marketing industry
-Have previous experience managing and leading a small team
-Be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Advanced knowledge of Excel absolutely essential
