This an amazing opportunity for someone with superstar PPC/Paid social skills who has a deep understanding of all paid media channels. You will have endless opportunities to progress in an agency which has a phenomenal track record of consistent growth and success which is on track to explode over the next 6-12mths. NOW is the time to join! You will have a team of 15 super talented specialists who deliver top tier results across PPC / Paid Social / Programmatic and data.

The role: 
-Maintain / grow paid search and social 
-Develop strategic partnerships with key media partners / platforms
-Act as a thought leader for new products and industry challenges
-Input and advice on all clients’ paid media strategies
-Deliver content, insights and strategy for new business presentations
-Monitor client profitability and time spent servicing client base 
-Ensure that team is adequately resourced
-Develop and implement processes and procedures 
-Ensure smooth and efficient running of Paid Media team
-Develop and lead both internal and external training
-Conduct regular 121s, performance reviews and appraisals 
-Contribute to marketing initiatives inc speaking at events 
-Improve workflow and account performance

Requirements:
-Proven paid media team manager 
-Extensive knowledge of all paid channels and wider digital 
-Experience of managing and leading teams
-Commercial acumen
-Well versed on all major platforms
-Ad serving tech, analytics, pixel implementation and tag management solutions
-Ability to generate and manage own workload
-Outstanding project management, organisational skills and time management
-In-depth knowledge of the industry and technology
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
