Job Description

The Head of Paid Search will be responsible for leading this media agency's paid search offering and developing into a world-class performance offering. Your role will be pivotal in leading the paid search offering to market; pitching to new clients and integrating new technologies and methodologies to ensure best practice and beyond. Working closely with the Director of Digital, you will be working with specialists to drive digital and specifically search at every opportunity. Your role will also be part educator and part mentor to the team and wider agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for leading and developing the paid search proposition across the UK and international markets
  • You will devise and evolve the paid search proposition and assist in growing the offering through new business pitches
  • You will act as the go to person within the agency for new practices and technologies that emerge in the space
  • You will set and maintain the standard in which all activity should adhere by
  • Manage and maintain senior level client relationships
  • Ensure that paid search is integrated into the wider agency
