Job Description

Due to a phenomenal period of growth this international agency has just opened up a brand new role for a Digital client lead to look after their largest growth sector; travel. I need a passionate digital marketing leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall client relationship and expected to grow revenues of up to £2m and beyond. You will lead the commercial vision for your portfolio and drive your clients’ business forward through innovative performance and brand marketing solutions that connect digital and physical customer journeys. You will lead a multi-disciplinary cross-site team encouraging clients to think ambitiously about the growth potential of their brands. You will drive project revenue and manage account profitability as well as identifying new business opportunities to develop the strategic direction of your client portfolio.



The role:

-Develop and manage all aspects of the relationship 
-Create and execute a specific plan for each client in your portfolio 
-Ensure every relationship is reaching its maximum growth and commercial potential
-Identify new services which would benefit the client and grow the agency’s offering
-Own new business pitches as required 
-Develop a detailed understanding of the business objectives of your client 
-Understand industry, competitors, business objectives
-Build influential relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders 
-Continually monitor the client relationships and satisfaction within your portfolio 
-Act as a point of escalation for clients



Leadership and management:

-Take operational, commercial, strategic and cultural responsibility 
-Drive the team culture, ensuring it is a fun, inspiring, motivating and exciting
-Manage resources strategically 
-Ensure that everyone in your team has regular appraisals and clear objectives 
-Ensure that your client teams have the skills required to meet your clients’ objectives
-Write and execute client development plans for every client in your group
-Maintain an accurate revenue forecast and drive account profitability
-Continually identify and drive new business opportunities 
-Build strong relationships with the channel and commercial teams
-Negotiate client contracts and service-level agreements (with team)
-Manage your client group costs within profit targets
-Take responsibility for the work produced by your teams
