Working from the Hire Department’s London office the role of Hire and Events Coordinator will see you playing an important role with a number of significant responsibilities because you will be central to the liaison and communication between the Hire Department, the Technical Managers, key personnel at all of the company’s venues within the capital, the business’s Head Office and other key departments in the organisation. You will provide support the dry hire service ensuring all relevant admin is correct and the account management and relationships of the company’s venue partners are handled in line with expectations. In addition to this you will have input into the production of the small to medium sized events acting as Event Producer with the full support of all the teams within the organisation.
You have an excellent level of written and verbal communication, you’re detailed, proactive and you enjoy working in busy environments and you are an excellent planner within the event production process. You are knowledgeable about the equipment used in live event production across AV, audio, lighting, scenery and you have had some experience producing your own events. You have the character to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners and his is supported by a get things done mentality.
