This role would suit an AV Technician who has at least 2-3 years’ experience who has a great understanding of equipment and their processes. You must be able to work independently as well in a team, you will also need to be flexible and adapt to all scenarios. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods in order to meet the demands of the business.
You are expected to acquire the necessary skills to provide technical expertise and recommendations of installing, operating and dismantling a range of audio visual equipment. You will need to demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company and understand that it is essential that you have extensive knowledge of AV and relevant equipment that is used. This company believe that maintaining positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally will facilitate growth and integration across the business.
- Ensure all equipment is looked after correctly
- Provide a high technical service to client based responsibilities
- To adhere to the company’s grooming standards at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other staff members and clients
- Attend site visits as well as pre-conferences
