Insights and analytics manager

One of the largest global communication companies is looking to attract an insights and analytics manager to their family in the London branch. Working closely with the strategic planners and global account directors you will produce situation analysis, relevant insights and data-driven recommendations. In this cross-disciplinary role you will focus on the intricacies and synergy between media, the consumer and the market by providing a first class service to an extensive portfolio of brands.

 
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day outputs of the team, including the planning, preparation and delivery of regular deliverables
  • Provide Insights and Analytics support and expertise internally and with clients
  • Deliver international media/digital/market/category/consumer intelligence
  • Develop central analysis and recommendations, including audience profiling work
  • Leverage the resources/sources/tools available to develop analysis and add value
  • Use proprietary tools and solutions across the portfolio of clients
  • Manage competitive databases and help develop our product
  • Manage research projects and recommendations eg consumer surveys
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant topic
  • Experience in a media agency preferably in an international capacity
  • Thorough understanding of the whole media planning and strategic process and the role of media (atl and digital) in the context of marketing strategy
  • Excellent analysis, reasoning and interpretation ability
  • Collaborative working style and able to operate at ease in developing and managing client relationships
  • Experience of preparing and delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally
  • Ability to manage team members and ensure delivery of their responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as under direction
  • Self-starter, who demonstrates initiative at all times
  • Good with data and high degree of numeracy
