A brand new opening has become available at this global B2B agency based in Shoreditch. The business has had phenomenal success, having started from humble beginnings five years ago and now reaping the rewards of a global business with teams in the UK, Europe and US.

The guys are disrupting traditional processes and delivering innovative solutions for huge global brands and really making a difference with their pioneering delivery. They challenge conventional thinking and push creative boundaries which results in award winning campaigns for their clients.

I need a super ambitious, super organised Account Manager to join a lovely Client Services team to help manage and grow three exciting and rewarding clients. Acting as the client’s day-to-day point of contact for marketing campaigns and programmes, you’ll plan, develop, manage, control and measure all aspects of project creation and delivery across planning, creative, content and digital activation to make sure great work happens.

Passionate about integrated marketing, you should always be proactive, hungry to add value strategically and creatively and have a positive can-do attitude. You should also have solid experience of working in client services teams and feel confident in communicating and coordinating campaign plans with clients, internal stakeholders and 3rd parties of all levels. And if you have B2B marketing and/or ABM experience it would be the icing on the cake!

The role:
-Support your Account Director and team
-Briefings, planning, inspiring ideas and recommendations
-Leading the day-to-day management of campaign/programme production
-Involved from initial brief through to final approval and roll out
-Coordinating with all external and internal stakeholders
-Provide feedback and deliver actions and activities within budget
-Maintain timelines and project plans
-Provide regular updates to your team
-Manage expectations and achieve deadlines
-Organise, prepare and participate in client meetings
-Briefings and workshops
-Support with briefs, estimates, timelines, proposals, pitches and presentations
-Help to build and strengthen key client relationships
-Work with creative studio and copywriters

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
-5+ years marketing experience
-Natural curiosity to learn and develop
-Strong communicator – verbal and written
-Positive, energetic and upbeat spirit
-Able to hit the ground running
-Works in a collaborative way
-Decisive, organised and efficient
-Great attention to detail
-Able to listen and empathise well with client needs
-Good business acumen
