Job Description

Senior International AM

This is a pivotal role leading the relationship for one of the agencies largest accounts across 40+ markets. Sitting within a team including strategy, insights, client services and digital.

  • Be respected and recognised as the first contact for the client
  • Work closely with the local market teams
  • Oversee weekly status reports
  • Champion “best practice” principles and guidelines
  • Support the Global Strategy and Insights Team to ensure efficient and smooth project management
  • Coordinate regular market reporting, media investment summaries etc.
  • Ensure network wide understanding and compliance of process

Skills Required:
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels
  • Relationship building skills internally (regional, local office and global teams) and externally (clients and media owners) with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish strong working relationships 
  • Excellent attention to detail and timeline management
  • Collaborative working style 
  • Effective under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and data base packages 
  • Written and spoken English (other languages helpful)

  • Experience in a media agency preferably in an international capacity and therefore with coordination experience
  • A thorough understanding of the media planning and implementation process and the role of media (atl and digital) in the context of marketing strategy
  • Regular client contact and should be able to operate at ease in developing and managing client relationships
  • Preparing and delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally
  • The candidate should have prior work experience in the field of international media coordination across European / global markets
  • Preferably experience in the FMCG sector
